SCAQMD Air Quality Investment Program (AQIP)
Emission Reduction Provider Services
AQMS RECLAIM Emission Reduction Provider Services include
projects in SCAQMD for which funds are provided by a Clean Air Investor
to generate RECLAIM Trading Credits (RTC).
Clean Air Investors are owners or operators of facilities,
or interested parties who pay an Investment Fee, for a specified
amount of emission reduction.
As Air Quality Investment Program (AQIP) Emission Reduction
Provider, AQMS offers AQIP Investors a choice:
- AQMS prepares and submits control strategy
proposals to the District and Clean Air Investors for the purpose
of providing emission reductions; and
- AQMS provides “turnkey” services
to implement the approved proposals and generate emission reductions.
